DirectDose is committed to your satisfaction. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing any products or services through directdose.co. By placing an order you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.

How Charges Work

When you submit an order through DirectDose, your payment method will be pre-authorized but not charged. Your card will only be charged once your intake form has been reviewed and approved by a licensed provider within our LocumTele network. If your intake form is not approved, your pre-authorization will be released and you will not be charged.

Prescription Medications

Due to the nature of prescription medications and applicable state and federal regulations, all sales of prescription medications fulfilled through our pharmacy partner Rush Pharmacy (rushpharmacy.com) are final once dispensed and shipped. We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds on prescription medications after they have been fulfilled.

Exceptions may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • You received the wrong medication or dosage
  • Your medication arrived damaged or compromised
  • Your order was lost in transit and not delivered

If any of the above apply, contact support@directdose.co within 7 days of your expected delivery date and we will work with Rush Pharmacy to resolve the issue.

Consultation Fees

Fees paid for telehealth consultations conducted through our provider network LocumTele (locumtele.org) are non-refundable once a consultation has been initiated or completed. If a consultation was not completed due to a technical error or provider unavailability on our end, you may be eligible for a credit or rescheduled consultation at no additional charge.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@directdose.co with your order number and photos of the issue. We will coordinate with Rush Pharmacy to arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
