1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website directdose.co and all related services, content, and platforms operated by DirectDose ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service
DirectDose operates an online telehealth platform that connects patients with licensed healthcare providers through our provider network LocumTele (locumtele.org). Prescription medications, where applicable, are fulfilled by our pharmacy partner Rush Pharmacy (rushpharmacy.com) and delivered directly to you.
DirectDose does not employ physicians or provide medical advice directly. All clinical decisions are made by licensed independent providers within the LocumTele network.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. The Service is intended for use by residents of the United States only.
4. Telehealth Services
Healthcare services provided through the Service are delivered via telehealth by licensed providers within the LocumTele network. These services are subject to our separate Telehealth Consent, which you must agree to before receiving care. Telehealth services are not a substitute for emergency medical care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency call 911.
5. Pharmacy Services
Prescription medications ordered through the Service are dispensed and fulfilled by Rush Pharmacy (rushpharmacy.com), a licensed pharmacy partner. DirectDose does not dispense medications directly. All prescriptions are issued at the sole discretion of your treating provider and subject to applicable state and federal law.
You are free to fill your prescription at any pharmacy of your choice by contacting support@directdose.co and notifying your prescribing provider.
6. How Charges Work
When you submit an order through the Service, your payment method will be pre-authorized but not charged. Your card will only be charged once your intake form has been reviewed and approved by a licensed provider within the LocumTele network. If your intake form is not approved, your pre-authorization will be released and you will not be charged. By submitting an order you authorize DirectDose to place a hold on your payment method pending provider review.
7. User Accounts
To access the Service you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information and to update it as needed. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@directdose.co if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Provide false or misleading information to providers or DirectDose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
- Use the Service to impersonate any person or entity
- Reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content from the Service without written permission
9. Payments
By purchasing a product or service through the Service you agree to pay all applicable fees once your intake form has been approved by a licensed provider. All fees are in US dollars. We reserve the right to update pricing with reasonable notice.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Service including text, graphics, logos, and software is the property of DirectDose or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Service without our prior written consent.
11. Privacy
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. DIRECTDOSE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. NO MEDICAL OUTCOMES ARE GUARANTEED.
13. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DIRECTDOSE AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 90 DAYS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DirectDose, its officers, directors, employees, and partners from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
16. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
